Returns
Rugs in original condition can be returned within 15 days of receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be applied and customer will be responsible for freight both ways. Once the rug is received and inspected at Jaunty, credit to your account will be issued. Custom rugs cannot be returned.
Damaged rugs must be refused at time of delivery. Please note any damage(s) on the bill of lading and report to Jaunty's Customer Service. If the damage is discovered after taking delivery of the rug(s), report to Jaunty's Customer Service within 5 days of receiving the goods. We will issue a call-tag and credit will be issued once the damaged rug is received and inspected at Jaunty.
All merchandise should be returned to Jaunty in its original or otherwise proper packaging. RA# must be marked on the outside of the packages.

Limited Warranty
Jaunty Co., Inc. offers a limited warranty for their rug collections against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from date of delivery to the original retailer.
This warranty does not cover damage due to improper care and maintenance.
Some “shedding” or “pilling” is a natural characteristic of all wool rugs and is not a manufacturing defect.
Jaunty recommends the use of a proper rug pad to protect both the rug and the surface it is placed on, and assumes no responsibility for damaged surfaces that are not protected with proper rug padding.
