Remove spills promptly. Blot (do not rub) with white paper towels or a clean white cloth to soak up as much liquid as possible. Blot dry in the direction of the hair. Professional cleaning is recommended for heavy stains. Vacuum with beater bar off or on the highest pile setting. Use of a rug pad is recommended to keep the rugs from shifting and bunching, and to help prolong the life of the rug and the flooring. Rotate the rug frequently to prevent wear from uneven traffic patterns and fading from direct sunlight. To prevent damage to the rug, heavy furniture should not be dragged on the rug. Always lift and place the furniture carefully onto the rug. NOTE: These rugs are ideal for areas in the house with low traffic.
